Report for “Yog Yaan” practices in 10 BMC Schools
Special Training (involving Body, Mind & Intellect) for personality development,
This was one of the activities of ongoing Yoga training programme by Yoga committee of our club. Rotarian Sitaram Shah helped plan and organize this event.
Yoga classes for students of 10 Municipal schools by Kaivalyadhama teachers is offered. The classes will be conducted for the entire month between November, 2018 to February, 2019. Ten (10) BMC schools (including (5) five Bhavishya Yaan schools) in Mumbai are covered. All 1000 students have benefited from Yoga classes. Considerable improvements is seen mainly in memory, concentration & well- being. Various yoga teachers are deputed to ten different schools.

Thirty group learning sessions of “Yog Yaan” practices during the period November 2018 to February 2019, as per schedule of the schools settled by Yoga teachers of Kaivalyadhama Institute & the Principal.
Students participating in “Yoga Yaan” session will be given a certificate and a booklet for general/ specific practices of “Yog Yaan” for their life. On 21st June 2019.
