 In Bhavishya Yaan

Thirty-four children from Bhavishya Yaan took part in a painting competition held at the Piramal Art Gallery, NCPA, by PP Rtn. (Dr.) Mukesh Batra, on March 7. The photographs, all of which were taken by Mukesh, an avid photographer,
captured the essence of his travels across Rome, Venice, Amalfi and Positano and were sensational. The children were
asked to reproduce any of the photographs displayed, in water colour. Many chose to paint and sketch the Colosseum, some chose the canals of Venice, a few the Trevi fountain and others the masquerade shop. The paintings were brilliant with some even exhibiting the depth in the photograph. The art competition was judged by young Zoha, a budding artist. Prizes and certificates were distributed by Mukesh, President Vijay Jatia, Rtn. Jamshed and Avaan. The children enjoyed the outing and the chance to see the beautiful photographs. There were snacks and drinks for
the children and also Camlin art material and T-shirts. RCB thanks Mukesh for the thoughtful and wonderful treat for the young artists.
