Number of Committee meetings held: 1 meeting a month before or after our regular Tuesday meeting at Taj Hotel
Objective:
To keep a track of the members’ attendance at weekly Club meetings, and improve the attendance of Excused and Non-excused members.
Status of planned project:
Our Club strength is 322, but with 120 members excused from minimum attendance requirements rules we tracked attendance for 202 members.
The Committee follows up with members who may miss the minimum required threshold, and recommendations were given to the Board for increasing attendance. The average attendance of our Club for the year was 52.5%.
Meetings were conducted over Zoom Conferencing due to the pandemic. Initially, attendance was low but we have seen an increase in the number of attendees of these virtual meetings.
