Age-Inclusive Valentine For Ananda Yaan
Ananda Yaan members went all out, dressed in red, to celebrate Valentine’s Day with the Rotaract Club of H.R College. Our Rotractors explained the true meaning of Valentine’s to our senior citizens and broke the common mindset of only a boy and girl celebrating Valentine’s together.
They played various fun games with them that were accompanied by some exciting prizes arranged by an anonymous donor. This was followed by an entertaining jam session where the members danced their hearts out to 90’s romantic Bollywood songs. The members enjoyed high tea with hot samosa and cookies arranged by an anonymous donor.
It was the perfect end to a lovely session. All 80 Ananda Yaan members went home feeling loved and pampered with gifts like hair clutches, mobile pouches, fancy batwas and toilet kit pouches.
