The Ananda Yaan of Worli, has taken the initiative of conducting Dental camps, on 6th February, at Rotary Club of Bombay Cotton Green Clinic.
A count of 22 seniors falling in the age of 53 to 71years, hired bus and visited Cotton Green Clinic early in morning by 9.30 am till 12 noon.
The Ophthalmic, Dr. Arti Lakhote checked almost 21 people. Two were suggested eye surgeries – mainly cataract & laxer operations. Some were suggested eye drops and change in specs number.
The Dentist, Dr. Barkha Agarwal Garg, also checked 22 seniors. There were cleaning of teeth, fillings, root canal, treatment of partial dentures, X-Rays and medications where indicated. Some were recalled for further action in batches on next Tuesdays and Fridays.
