MORE RECENTLY
Thousands of stray cats and dogs in India depend on food and waste from markets, restaurants and grocery shops. But with coronavirus sending people into isolation and public establishments shutting down, strays are having a hard time finding food. Even individuals who feed them are confined to their homes.
RCB supported three NGOs who are going from place to place to feed the strays (this is an ongoing project until the lockdown is lifted).

1. Welfare of Stray Dogs (WSD)
– Donated Rs. one lakh.
– They feed strays in south Mumbai region, starting from Lower Parel to Navy Nagar.
– They arrange packed food.

2. Plants & Animal Welfare Society (PAWS)
– Donated Rs. 75,000.
– They feed strays in the suburbs of Thane district like Dombivli, Kalyan, Ulhasnagar, Ambernath and Badlapur.
– They have arranged for rice and Pedigree dog food.

3. Animals Matter To Me (AMTM)
– Donated Rs. 50,000.
– All meals are freshly cooked and served to cats and dogs from Dahisar to Bandra.
