Our objective has been to welcome the speaker when they arrive at the venue, and get them settled in before the meeting. We also encourage members to donate to the service box, the proceeds of which go towards all our Club’s projects. Once the meeting starts, we ensure that there are as few distractions as possible to the speaker, by requesting all members of the audience to take their seats quickly and refrain from having conversations during the meeting.
