9. On-going Project: Only planning in progress so far. All are planned for the coming months.

I. Third Annual Table Tennis Fellowship (December 2017),
II. Second Annual Underarm-Cricket Fellowship (November 2017),
III. Third Annual Football Fellowship (December 2017),
IV. Eleventh Annual Golf Tournament (6thJanuary 2018),
V. Ninth Annual Cricket Fellowship with Bhavishya Yaan (February 2018),
VI. Seventh Annual Tennis Fellowship (March 2018)
(b) Action plan to carry out the planned project:
Each Committee member takes ownership of one event. They will be responsible for arranging the venue for the event, inviting Club members to participate (either as spectators or play in the event), sporting equipment and refreshments.

The Board has been very supportive of our efforts, and at the moment we would not require any special assistance.
