I-Day with Lighthouse
year with an Independence Day event on August 14th. President Satyan Israni, along with other Rotarians, Lighthouse parents, and students, participated in the event. Special thanks were given to donor Ms. Bhavna Daftary and community head Mr. Patil for their continued support.
The event featured a powerful recitation of “Tryst with Destiny” by Rotary child Amaira Jagtiani, followed by a guitar-accompanied National Anthem by Samaksh Israni. Students showcased their skills in performances that included patriotic songs, skits, and a focus on global warming awareness.
The celebration, conceptualised by Ms. Manisha Ahuja and the VIDYA team, was a memorable success, highlighting the spirit of unity and community empowerment.
