Lighthouse Kids Play Community Helpers

Community helpers play an important part in keeping us happy, healthy and safe. To highlight their contribution to society, the K.G. students of Rotary Club of Bombay’s Lighthouse Project were given the opportunity to enact roles of community helpers on January 31st, 2022. From soldiers and commandos to vegetable vendors, tailors and barbers, all types of workers were represented. But it was the confident manner and clear speech of the little ones that won the hearts of listeners. The event, though virtual, furthered the Lighthouse Project’s aim of helping children develop their language skills.
