THE INSTITUTE OF Directors awarded the Golden Peacock Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance to L&T Finance Holdings Ltd, the Chairman of which is Rtn. Shailesh Haribhakti, and also to ACC Ltd of which Haribhakti is an Independent Director.
The Asian Centre for Corporate Governance and Sustainability awarded the Audit Committee of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd as “The Best Audit Committee of the Year”. Haribhakti is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd.
