Rotary Club Of Bombay Scholarships

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF THIS ESTEEMED CLUB SINCE 2006.

Due to my passion for sports, I am usually given responsibility of sports activities of the Club so when this year, President Vineet Bhatnagar asked me to be the Co-Chairman of Scholarship Committee under the Chairmanship of Rtn.
Mahesh Khubchandani, I must admit that I was worried whether I would be able to do justice to this responsibility as I did not have any experience in this matter.

Subsequently, we were informed about an interview on September 14th, 2022, of three applicants to prove their eligibility for Rotary Club of Bombay scholarship. Since Mahesh (Macy) was not available, I, along with Eruch Irani, were to interview the applicants.

I made sure to go to the RCB office early to understand the correct procedure to handle such interviews. I felt extremely humbled and honoured to be entrusted with such a responsibility and felt proud of being a member of our Club. RCB has been responsible in the past so many years for allocating scholarships to needy students.
