I am the founder and CEO of Garuda Aerospace. We have about 400 drones spread over 26 cities in the country.

Throughout Covid, the one thing unaffected was that we ate three meals a day. That’s agriculture for you. Regardless of a pandemic, markets, recession, agriculture has always been agnostic. But not many care about the struggles these farmers go through to provide the food that we eat today. That was the founding motivation for me
I HAVE HAD THE UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO KICKSTART A GREEN REVOLUTION 2.0 UTILISING DRONES. Advanced and autonomous, robust drones enabled with 4G and 5G, equipped with AI and machine learning which can disrupt two major multi-billion sectors – precision agriculture and industry 4.0 upgradation.
The goal was to figure out and understand the depths, lengths, and breadth where this disruptive technology can lead us to and how you can utilise this technology and galvanise youth and create a new revolution in our country. We started to fit drones with probes, magnetometers, sensors, different sprayers, etc
and we were capturing data and executing work in different ways.
That was just the beginning. We wanted to use drones for variety of other things including deliveries. Recently, Swiggy partnered with us in Bangalore.
WE ARE WORKING WITH AIRBUS TO MONITOR AIRCRAFTS; we are working with Tata Projects and with smart cities and municipal corporations, the survey of India, NHI, mapping, and so on.
THE FUTURE IS A COMBINATION OF TECHNOLOGY AND YOUTH, and this is the unique solution that I would like to give back. WE NEED YOUNGSTERS WHO ARE SELF-SUSTAINING TECHNOCRATS, going back to the villages and enhancing that ecosystem. That is what our goal is.
It is up to people like us to be the change that we want to see in the world. It is high time we realise that WE ARE NOT POWERLESS. Every single person has power in their own capacity.
