President’s Report for 2018-2019 – Rotaract Committee

Number of Committee meetings held: One
Objective: Intermediary
between the Rotaract Clubs and RCB. To promote better relations between Rotaract and Rotary.
Status of planned project with number of beneficiaries:
Looked into supporting the Rotaract clubs if they came up with viable projects. Chair and vice-chairperson found none to be worth supporting financially.
Status of on-going project with number of beneficiaries:
Various Rotaract clubs have been actively doing projects, some of which are ongoing. Monthly reports are received by the Rotary Office.
Action plan:
We need to get Rotaractors more involved. There has been a disconnect when we request for participation, even when sharing articles and photos for the Gateway and Social Media.
