NATURE-FILLED OUTING AT KALINA BIODIVERSITY PARK

Around 30 RCB members and their families visited the Kalina Biodiversity Park last Sunday, making for a delightful outing. The children especially had a wonderful time, with the highlight being feeding the various species of turtles and large catfish in the pond.

The group was taken on a guided tour by Avaan, who led them through the Miyawaki forest before exploring the rest of the park. They strolled through the lush bamboo grove and admired the recently completed Peace Grove with its serene surroundings. They also learned about various butterfly vattracting plants, though only a few butterflies were out, as the season had just begun after winter.

After a leisurely walk, everyone enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast in the open near the Amphitheatre. The lovely ambience made for a perfect conclusion to the visit. The youngest member of the group was just two years old
