Status Report/Our Activities
- To maintain decorum at meetings
- To ensure all items/publications/material/badges/gifts etc are in order-a check list to be signed by a committee member
- To introduce to President/Secretary guests and visiting Rotarians
- To collect funds on monthly basis for (a) specific projects and (b) general

As these are the main activities, there are no other ongoing and planned projects.
The board can help by inducting more members, especially new members.
