Details of patients treated from July 2018 to May 2019: Our resident medical officer (M.O.) Dr. Ashwini Bhusara takes care of patients with general health problems. 15,194 patients were examined and medicated. She visits the centre twice a day, six days a week.

Besides Dr. Bhusara, ADMC has different specialists visiting the centre on Sundays.

First Sunday of the month team is led by Rtn. (Dr.) Rohini Chougule for TB, COPD; sickle cell anaemia etc. 601 patients were examined and given medication as required and subsequently followed up.

Second and third Sunday team consisting of Dr. Srinivas Kamath, Dr. Ajay Gupta and Dr. Neeraj Kolgealong with Rotaractors of Government Dental College (GDC) and Rotarians of the ADMC Committee.

1020 patients were examined and treated for fillings, root canal treatment, X-rays, prophylaxis (cleaning), extractions and replacement of missing teeth.

Fourth Sunday visit by paediatrician Dr. Bijoy Apte who attends to children visiting the centre. 324 patients were seen by him and advised medication.

Each Sunday and certain Saturdays, there is a pathology technician who collects samples from patients and submits a report to referring doctors from PRVEC and ADMC. 1050 samples were collected.

All the services rendered at ADMC were free of cost to 18,189 patients treated from July 2018 to May 2019.

The above routine will continue each month for the rest of the year.

Good work is being carried out at ADMC. New Rotarians should be encouraged to pay a visit to Talwada and appreciate the work being done by our Club.
