President’s Report for 2018-2019 – Classifications, Membership and Information

Number of Committee meetings held: Six. The Committee meets as and when new membership proposal forms are received.
Number of beneficiaries: By the end of this year, 14 new members were admitted.
Completed projects: The Committee interviewed all the candidates and those approved were inducted. However, the Committee has not approved two membership proposal forms for specific reasons. The Club inducted Anand Mahindra and Uday Kotak as Honorary members, taking the tally of Honorary members to 12.
Action plan to complete the planned project: The Committee always strives for quality rather than quantity. This year, we lost eight members and admitted 12.
As of June 30th, 2018, membership strength was 326.
Four members resigned on July 1st, 2018.
As of July 1st, 2018, membership strength was 322.
During the year, we lost eight members; three resigned and five deceased.
We admitted 13 new members. As of June 30th, 2019, our membership strength will be 327.
