YOUNG PUPILS EMBRACE CULTURAL HERITAGE THROUGH DANCE

RCB’s Lighthouse Project brought traditional festivities to life as pupils from nursery through primary levels participated in special Dandiya dance sessions to celebrate Navratri.
Junior and Senior kindergarteners donned colourful attire for their dedicated performance, whilst students from Years 1 to 5 enjoyed their own separate celebration. The traditional folk dance, performed with decorated sticks, proved particularly popular with the youngest participants.
These cultural activities form a crucial part of the kids’ holistic learning approach. They help build confidence and selfexpression skills that complement the classroom teaching.
