Bhavishya Yaan gets a New Computer Lab
President Dr. Batra and Rtn. Shernaz Vakil inaugurated a new computer lab at the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar municipal school on the 20th June. 16 new computers were given by Rtn. Shernaz to Bhavishyayaan through the Neterwala Foundation.
A small opening ceremony took place to inaugurate the new center. Amidst a great deal of excitement, Rtn Shernaz and Dr. Batra cut the red ribbon!
Computer training is the need of the hour to make the young generation tech savvy. When it comes to dealing with technology, young children have a limitless potential. The BY children demonstrated their computer skills to all those present. In a short speech, delivered by two young girls, the importance of computers as a tool to gain knowledge, was highlighted. The students thanked Rtn Shernaz profusely and assured her that they would use the lab to the utmost and that they would make her proud of them one day.
BY encourages its students to learn the basic computer skills, and recognizes the fact that this is the way forward in a highly competitive world.
The event was also attended by Rtn Madhusudan Daga, Rtn Manish Reshamwala, Rtn Ashok Jatia, Rtn Satyan Israni, Rtn Zinia Lawyer, Rtn Fali Mehta, Rtn Jamshed Vakharia ,and Rtn Annes Beena Yargop, Ekta Shah, Jaya Prasad and Avaan Vakharia.
