From the President’s Desk
Dear friends,
Seven months have passed by in a blur.
New projects, consolidating existing projects and laying the foundation of a strong financial base that will let future Presidents concentrate on doing good has been the focus.
I am glad to report that your Club has been successful in all these efforts.
Somehow we’ve managed to have a really fun time as well in the midst of this whirlwind of activity.
February will see the first ever outstation Assimilation Fellowship, in Mahabaleshwar.
I am told a record 60 people have responded to Jimmy Vakharia’s call to meet there. Should be quite a fellowship.
And then on the 1st. Of March, some of us will be guided by Anar Shah on a trip to Rishikesh. We are told that Rishikesh offers something for everyone. From a spiritual high to adventure sports to wildlife watching.
The attendance at our weekly meetings has been encouraging and that I guess reflects directly on the quality of speakers organised week after week by our Programs Committee.
We have been missing meeting some members and I look forward to having a cup of coffee with them very soon.
Five months to go.Watch out for a lot of interesting stuff.
