Literary Diwali Camp for Lighthouse
Our Diwali Literature camp 2022 focussed on diction and confidence building. Activities to encourage these were
conducted which ended with short performances.
A nature walk to CPRA GREENS was a new concept introduced this year and we are grateful to parents for their support.
Children are compared to beautiful flowers and our senior and junior kindergarten children looked adorable as pretty flowers with special headgears made by parents for the performances.
It was delightful to see them dance, sing and talk about common flowers.
We all have grown up listening to fairy tales and a common favourite, The Wolf and the Seven Goats, was enacted
by children of classes 1 and 2. Children played games and activities based on the story.
The classic Wizard of Oz was shown to our kids of standards 3, 4 and 5. Children were thrilled to watch and read this magical tale and then enact three of their favourite scenes.
