Ration kits for community helpers

On June 28th, 2021, the Rotary Club of Bombay provided ration kits to the residents of a slum in the Chinchpokli area. These are amongst the communities of people most affected by the pandemic. Many of them held jobs in private offices as housekeepers, cleaners and sweepers. With the pandemic reducing the functioning of most offices, this community has lost its only means of earning a livelihood.

More ration kits were distributed on July 2nd, 2021in the slums around Arthur Road Jail and Mahalakshmi.
