RCB Expands Its Membership With Two New Members

During last Tuesday’s meeting, two new members were inducted into the Club – Mr Ajay Kumar and Mr Raj Ajmera

Ajay Kumar is a former board member of MCX. He is a senior banker and has served as a chairman & managing director of Corporation Bank. He has done his Masters in Physics from University of Allahabad. He is a law graduate and also holds a CAIIB certificate. Being a chairperson of a nationalised bank, he has served in various domains including IT operations, SMEloans and agri-business. He was on the board of Indo- Zambian Bank and was the Founder-Director on the board of National Payment Corporation of India which has brought game-changing innovations in payment systems of the banking industry. He is currently on the board of Yes Bank, one of the leading banks in the country. He is also an independent director of Nuclear Power Corporation.

Raj Ajmera was a Senior Consultant in Accenture and has also served as an Equity Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Currently, he is a partner at Excellent Engineering Corporation. He holds a Bachelors degree in Science (Industrial Engineering). Also, he is an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Vanderbilt University.
