‘Seniors’And ‘Juniors’ Enjoy A Mini-fellowship, Thanks To The Assimilation Committee

The Assimilation Commit tee held its first minifellowship of the year on Wednesday, September 16, at the home of Co-Chair Mahesh Khubchandani. The fellowship was enjoyed by an eclectic mix of new and not-so-new members and conformed to the idea of having “an equal mix.” President Dr. Sonya Mehta and Dr. Bomi Framroze, accompanied by PP Sandip and Malini Agarwalla, Anil and Honey Harish, Ravi and Kanan Fotedar, PP Dr. Zerxis and Vera Umrigar, Manoj and Nandita Patodia, Abhin and Vasudha Alimchandani, Dr. Darius and Ayesha Soonawalla, and Huzaifah and Umme-Haani Bagasrawalla formed the group of “seniors”.

The “juniors”, on the other hand, were Ramon and Geetu Kirpalaney, Chris and Sushmita Bluemel, Poornima and Shailesh Advani, Vineet and Rinku Suchanti, and Pritam and Manju Sanghai. With them were host Mahesh Khubchandani, Srinivasan Prasad, Tara Deshpande Tennenbaum, Manjeet Kripalani, Sherebanu Baldiwala and Peter Born. It turned out to be an extremely enjoyable evening for all those present, when new friendships were struck and old ones strengthened even further. The Assimilation Committee plans to host such minifellowships once a month for the rest of the year and has invited members who would like to host such soirees to contact Chairpersons Manoj Patodia and Mahesh Khubchandani.
