Dialysis Machines For Palghar
On September 22nd, 2020, the Rotary Club of Bombay donated four German make Fresenius Dialysis machines to the Rotary Dialysis Centre at Aastha Hospital, Manor, Palghar.
Responding to an appeal by RC of Palghar, RCB facilitated this donation – one earlier this year through its member Rtn. Swati Jajodia and the balance three through a Global Grant application facilitated by RCM Western Elite.
The dialysis centre will be fully supported by RC of Palghar and managed by Aastha Hospital. Thanks to RCM Western Elite for their role in facilitating our contribution as a part of their GG application.
This will benefit local villagers and residents living in and around Manor who otherwise had to trudge all the way to Dahanu and Palghar for treatment and also suffer long waiting for treatment due to a shortage of facilities.
