YOUTH EDUCATION FUND TURNS 10 WITH RCB

 In Yoga, Youth Exchange Programs

Kaivalyadhama celebrated the 10th anniversary of its Youth Education Fund (YEF) on May 5th, 2019. Apart from the many activities Kaivalyadhama has been doing, the YEF wing was established to associate and work with RCB’s Yoga Committee.

Rotarians were invited to the event. Those who attended were PP Rtn. Nowroze Vazifdar, Rtn. Ptn. Niloufer Vazifdar, Rtn. Ashok Jatia, Rtn. Ramesh Mehta, Rtn. Ashok Chinai, Rtn. Manoj Patodia, Rtn. Charu Agrawal, Rtn. Vandan Shah and Rtn. Sitaram Shah.

Other dignitaries included the Chief Guest Shri. G. K. Nandanwar (Additional Chief Justice of Pune), Guest of Honour Smt. Surekha Jadhav (President of Lonavala Municipal Corporation), Swami Maheshananda (spiritual head and chairman of Kaivalyadhama), Shri. O. P. Tiwari (Secretary General of Kaivalyadhama) and Shri Subodh Tiwari (CEO of Kaivalyadhama).

Swami Kuvalayananda is the founder of Kaivalyadhama. His goal was to restructure society around spiritual values, though the revival of ancient Yogic discipline and scientific culture has been nurtured since 1917. The Kaivalyadhama Centre was established at Lonavala in 1924.
