Water Purification System Inauguration

President Vijay Jatia inaugurated the installation of a 1000 litre UV Water Purification System at the Anjuman-I-Islam Kurla High School on the 25th July 2018. The Kurla School is part of the Anjuman-I-Islam Foundation that runs 80 such schools in Mumbai and educates over 1,00,000 students. The water purification system will directly benefit over 8,500 students and faculty members. The students were very enthusiastic and put up an excellent show at the inaugural ceremony.

This project has been completed by the Water Resources Committee of the Rotary Club of Bombay in association with Eureka Forbes Institute of Environment.
